Paint Shop

Aspera Technology's paint shop features a 250-metre automatic powder coating line for steel, aluminium and stainless steel. We offer a complete surface treatment service – from part intake through chemical pre-treatment (degreasing, phosphating) to powder coating and oven curing. We apply all RAL colours in smooth, fine and coarse textured finishes – in both gloss and matte. The Wagner PrimaCube system with 6 automatic guns ensures uniform coverage even on complex geometries; 2 manual stations complement hard-to-reach areas. Thanks to colour changes in under 20 minutes, we handle orders with multiple colour variants simultaneously. The CAB-135P blasting cabins prepare the surface optimally for maximum adhesion and coating durability. Delivery by arrangement the next working day.
