Welding

The Aspera Technology welding shop is a modern facility for welding ferritic, austenitic, high-alloy steels and aluminium alloys. We cover the full spectrum of welding methods – from precise TIG/WIG welding of stainless steel parts through serial MIG/MAG welding to a fully robotic 6-axis Yaskawa workstation for repeat production runs. We work for customers in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, the food sector, and rail vehicle manufacturing. We handle both one-off orders and prototypes as well as stable serial production with ongoing quality control. The Cornerweld welding automat delivers precise and fast corner welds on sheet metal components. All processes and welders are certified to ČSN EN ISO standards – the welding shop meets EN ISO 3834-2 and the demanding EN ISO 15085-2 / CL1 standard for rail vehicles.
